Shipping and Returns
Shipping your order
Orders are usually shipped right after we receive payment and are transported by GLS with tracking. Whatever choice of shipping you make, we will provide you with a link to track your online order.
Your order will be sent in a wide and protected box.
Exchanges and/or Returns
To be able to make an exchange or return for any purchase made in one of our stores, it must be factory defect.
There will be no exchange or return of any product that shows signs of use beyond the simple opening of the packaging.
The customer will take care of the shipping costs of the product (if it is not able to visit our facilities).
The product in question, after arriving at our stores, will be sent again when the customer places a new order.
