The shipping costs in the tables below are indicative. They are based on the volumetric weight and destination of your order, without taking into account the number of volumes or specific characteristics of certain products.
At the end of an order is charged the minimum estimated shipping value according to the products in the cart. Due to the great diversity of products and destinations, it is not always possible to present the final shipping value.
Group Belle reserves the right to subsequently update the shipping fee if the number of volumes / volumetric weight / destination causes the value to substantially exceed the estimate presented in the online catalog.
In certain cases, it will not be possible to estimate a shipping cost and you will need to contact customer support so that it is possible to determine the shipping cost and finalize the order.

Exchanges or returns
To make an exchange or return for any purchase made in one of our stores, must be by factory defect.
There will be no exchange or return of any product that shows signs of use beyond the simple opening of the package.
The customer will take care of the shipping costs of the product (if the product cannot be picked up at our facilities).
The product in question, after arriving at our stores, will be sent again when the customer makes a new order.
