Terms and conditions of use

1. General Conditions

The present General Conditions of Sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as "general conditions") determine the contractual relationships between every customer using the Grupo Belle website (hereinafter referred to as "user") and the commercial standart Grupo Belle whose store has NIF 513598260 and is located at Rua 7 Lote 53A, Zona Industrial da Varziela, Vila do Conde, Portugal.

The general conditions of sale are the only ones to be applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior express and written agreement. The Belle Group may from time to time modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it must also be re-read each time you visit the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general sales conditions.

By connecting to the website, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use.

The Belle Group does not authorize the reproduction of photographs, whether on the website and/or social media, without its consent.

No changes and/or editing to the photograph are allowed.

If you use our photography without a logo, you will have to mention the source of the published photography.

The authorization is valid for 6 months.

All images and content on this website are the property of Grupo Belle. It is not permitted to copy or use any content on this website for any purpose without its authorization.

Applicable legislation

The Terms and Conditions of this website are based on Portuguese Law, and any dispute situation will be resolved in the Portuguese Courts.

2. Exchanges and/or Returns

All products are valid for 14 days after dispatch, so exchanges can be made if there is a manufacturing defect.
We only exchange the same product or opt for a credit note to discount on your next purchase.

The repair of the product, in steel and semi-jewelry, covers manufacturing defects within 14 days. Repair costs are free for the customer (only on new items).

Jewelry products (except mentioned above) are not valid.

You must keep and present, when exchanging the product, the invoice/receipt of purchase and you must keep the product so that you can return it in the appropriate conditions of use, also containing the label, not exceeding the handling that is usually admitted to a commercial establishment, intact and in the original packaging.

If you modify the product and/or remove the GB pendant from the carabiner, it will be validated as a used product and we will not exchange and/or return it.

We do not exchange or return used products.

Belle Group accepts repairs for out-of-warranty and used items at a cost of €2 and the cost of accessories (at the customer's expense).

Shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns of items are borne by the customer.

Grupo Belle is not responsible if the order is delivered to someone other than the customer.

In the event of loss, we recommend that you contact the GLS carrier.

3. Cancellation and Return of Orders

The cancellation and/or return of orders is handled on a case-by-case basis. You must place the order by contacting 925447775 and/or via email to globobelle@gmail.com within 14 days of placing the order.

Whenever possible, the return will be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the customer must present the NIB to make the return by bank transfer.

The order must be sent to Grupo Belle under the same conditions as we send it to the customer.

4. Order on the website globobelle.com. The minimum order value is €75, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

To place an order on the website we offer two ways:

  • The customer will receive confirmation of the order placed by email.

5. Availability

The Belle Group respects order deadlines as long as stock is available.

In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, we will contact the customer by email or telephone. However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable, we will send you the available products.

6. Litigation and Liability

For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court in the customer's place of residence will have jurisdiction. However, in the case of an action to be brought by the client, he or she may choose between the court of his domicile.

The Belle Group is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with contracts due to force majeure, disturbance, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war. Grupo Belle is not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website.

In cases of free Contract Termination, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

The information that the customer communicates on our Website is essential for processing the order and establishing invoices. Without this information, the order will be automatically canceled. By writing on our Website, the customer undertakes to provide us with sincere and truthful information. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions, as well as the conditions of use that appear on our Website.

The Belle Group is authorized to communicate and/or disseminate the data made available and entered by customers. This data will be processed electronically.

The customer has the permanent right to access and rectify all data concerning him, in accordance with European texts and current laws. The customer may at any time request confirmation of the existence of their personal data from Grupo Belle, and also modify them. Promotional emails (e-mails) with news, sales, exclusives, good deals, etc., will be sent to customers.

The customer can reject emails from us at any time by modifying this information in their account.

The Belle Group is the sole holder of information concerning customers. Only Grupo Belle and its contractual partners can send information within the framework of accurate and punctual promotional operations. These partners were chosen especially by Grupo Belle and are recognized for the quality of their products and services.

Prices and specifications of products contained on this website are subject to change without prior notice. The Belle Group is committed to complying with all current legislation on distance sales and electronic commerce, namely Decree-Law 143/2001.

Product prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on weight and delivery address. After sending the order request and approving the order, these values are communicated to the customer.
