1. General Conditions
The present General Conditions of Sale detailed below (here referred to as "General Conditions") determine the contractual relations between every user customer of the Grupo Belle website (here referred to as "user") and the Grupo Belle commercial standart whose store is located at Rua 7 Lote 53A, Zona Industrial Varziela, Vila do Conde, Portugal.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only ones to be applicable and supersede all other conditions except prior written agreement. The Grupo Belle may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it must also be re-read every visit on the site (here called "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general sales conditions.

No change and/or editing is allowed in the photograph.

The authorization is valid for 6 months.
All images and content on this website are the property of Grupo Belle. You may not copy or use any content from this site for any purpose without permission from this site.
2. Exchanges and Returns
All products are valid for 7 days after shipment, to make changes if it is manufacturing defect.
We only trade the same product or we opt for a credit note to cash in a next purchase.
The repair of the product, in steel and thick gold bath, covers manufacturing defects within 60 days. Repair costs are free for the customer.
The products in steel, rhodium bath and thick gold bath have the guarantee of 180 days as it does not change the color.
Jewelry products (except those mentioned above) are not valid.
It must keep and present, when the product is exchanged, the invoice/receipt of the purchase and must keep the product in order to be able to return it under the appropriate conditions of use, including the label, not exceeding the handling which is customarily permitted in a store, intact and in the original packaging.
If you modify the product and/ or remove the pending GB of the carabiner, it will be validated as a used product and we do not exchange and/or return.
Used products do not exchange and/or return.
Grupo Belle accepts repairs of out-of-warranty items at a cost of €2 and adds the value of the accessories (in charge of the customer).
Shipping charges for exchanges and/or returns of items are supported by the customer.
We don’t accept returns if it’s not a manufacturing defect.
The Grupo Belle is not responsible in case the order is delivered to someone other than the customer.
In case of loss we recommend that you contact the DHL carrier.
3. Order on the site grupobelle.com. The minimum purchase on the site is 100€.
To place an order on the website we offer two modes:

- The customer will receive, by e-mail, the confirmation of the order made.
4. Disponibility
Grupo Belle respects the deadlines of an order as long as stock is available.
In case one of the ordered products is not available in stock, we will contact the customer by email or telephone. However, if one of the ordered products is unavailable to send the available products.
5. Litigation and Responsability
For the resolution of any dispute arising out of the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court of the place of domicile of the client shall have jurisdiction. However, in the case of an action to be brought by the client, the client may choose between the court of his domicile.
Grupo Belle shall not be liable for delays or non-conformities due to force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flooding, fire or war. The Grupo Belle is not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product displayed on the website.

8. Shipping Costs
The values of the shipping costs depend on the weight and the delivery address. After sending the order and approval of the order these values are communicated to the customer.
